Values Through Behavior

“Our Values Define Us. Our Actions Prove It.”

Welcome

A Pennsylvania agency built on values — and proven by action.

VTB Loyalty Care Partners is a developing Pennsylvania human services agency. We are currently completing applicable provider qualification requirements with the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).

Our planned first service is In-Home and Community Support in Montgomery County, for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, consistent with future authorized services and eligibility requirements.

Our mission

“Compassionate Care Is Our Mission. Accountability Is Our Standard. Excellence Is Our Commitment.”
  • Compassion

Warmth, patience, and kindness in every interaction — with individuals, families, and one another.

  • Accountability

Clear expectations, honest documentation, and taking responsibility for the quality of our work.

  • Individual dignity

Every person is treated as a whole individual, with rights, privacy, and a voice in their own life.

  • Excellence

A commitment to doing things the right way — through training, supervision, and continuous improvement.

Compassion & care

Every voice. Every choice. Every life.

“Every Individual Deserves to Be Heard, Every Choice Deserves Respect, and Every Life Deserves Compassionate Care.”
  • Listening

Getting to know each person — their strengths, preferences, culture, and what a good day looks like to them.

  • Respect

Respectful, patient communication that honors each person’s privacy, background, and way of expressing themselves.

  • Choice

Supporting people to make informed decisions about their own lives — and honoring the choices they make.

  • Dignity

Never doing for someone what they would like to do themselves, and protecting dignity in every moment of support.

  • Compassionate support

Care that is warm and dependable, delivered by people who genuinely want each individual to thrive.

Guided by ODP’s Everyday Lives values

Independence & empowerment

Standing beside, never in front.

“We Do Not Lead Their Lives. We Stand Beside Them as They Build Their Own.”
  • Self-determination. Each person directs their own life and sets their own goals, with support that follows their lead.

  • Independence. Building confidence to do more for oneself, at a pace that fits the individual.

  • Everyday skills. Practicing the routines of daily life — at home and in the community — that open new possibilities.

  • Community participation. Meaningful connection to neighbors, local places, and activities that matter to the person.

Planned service

In-Home and Community Support

Our planned first service focuses on helping people build skills, confidence, and connections — at home and in the community. The examples below illustrate the kinds of support we plan to offer; actual supports always depend on each person’s individual plan and authorized services.

Our Services
  • Daily living skills

Practicing everyday routines at a person’s own pace — such as meal preparation, household tasks, and personal organization.

  • Community integration

Exploring and participating in local places and activities, from libraries and parks to community events and classes.

  • Developing independence

Building confidence and skills that help people make choices and do more for themselves, with support that adapts as they grow.

  • Building social skills

Encouraging communication, friendships, and meaningful connections with neighbors, peers, and the wider community.

  • Personal goals & routines

Working toward goals a person has chosen for themselves, and creating routines that bring structure and comfort.

Support in pursuing interests, hobbies, volunteering, and other activities that matter to the individual.
