This website provides general information about VTB Loyalty Care Partners. VTB Loyalty Care Partners is a developing Pennsylvania human services agency. We are currently completing applicable provider qualification requirements with Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). We are not yet an ODP-qualified provider, and we are not currently delivering services or accepting participants. Our services are planned, and we will share updates as their availability is confirmed.

Information on this website is general and is not medical, legal, or eligibility advice. Eligibility for ODP services is determined through the county program and ODP. Please speak with your supports coordinator or county program about your situation.
